I’m a recovering obsessive runner. And by recovering, I mean I am often marathon training but now, rather than running every day, I’m okay with actually only running 4-5 days a week (I’ve got a baby to chase the other days!). Truth is, I just LOVE running! When I’m running, I feel so free. I can clear my mind. I can pray. I can socialize. I can be me :).
